When no one is watching, I am truly my authentic self – an extrovert that loves to be around my people and loves to laugh. You might also find me singing/rapping 90s R&B and hip hop, learning the latest TikTok dance or watching reality TV.
Elevator Pitch
Ronda is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication. With more than 15 years of fundraising experience in annual giving, healthcare, and major gifts, Ronda currently serves as the Associate Dean for Development with the Arts and Sciences Foundation at UNC. In this role, she assists alumni, parents, donors and friends with supporting areas within the College of Arts and Sciences that align with their mission and personal philanthropic goals, including opportunities like the Shuford Program.
As a military brat and now a college basketball coach’s wife, Ronda and her family have moved frequently and have lived throughout the United States and abroad. Her husband also attended UNC, and they have three children, who hope to be official Tar Heels one day. When Ronda is not fundraising for the College, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and watching college basketball and football.
