Elevator Pitch
Brooke Elby – a current associate at McKinsey & Company graduated from UNC in 2015. Since graduation, she went on to become a fervent advocate and leader for women’s sports. After playing 5 years of professional soccer in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), starting the player’s association for the NWSL (NWSLPA), and leading the NWSLPA through it’s first collective bargaining agreement, she has since retired from professional soccer while still maintaining a number of advisory roles within the sports business space. She most recently graduated from Columbia Business School with her MBA and continues to support by guest teaching / lecturing the Business of Sports course at Columbia.
