Brooke Hill is the Co-founder and CEO of Swella, a company on a mission to disrupt textured hair care for the better. Before founding Swella, Brooke worked at Google in Analytics and Marketing for over five years. Brooke graduated from UNC in 2015 with a BS in Business, minoring in the School of Journalism. She earned her MBA from The Wharton School in 2022. Brooke spearheads the mission to empower and inspire people with textured hair, rooted in the belief that technology is a catalyst for closing disparities in hair care.
