Elevator Pitch
Kirstie Moore is a social entrepreneur and community builder who founded Dear Neighborhood, a content and events platform combating loneliness through storytelling, civic engagement, and intentional connection. Since launching in 2023, she has grown the brand through high- impact, joyful experiences—including an Impact Party that transformed a Brooklyn nightclub into a space for civic dialogue, voter education, and community care. She also hosts the Dear Neighborhood podcast, a video-first series on YouTube where she interviews neighborhood builders, creatives, and changemakers. The podcast goes beyond surface-level storytelling—spotlighting how people create belonging through their everyday lives and side quests, while encouraging viewers to explore their own communities with more curiosity and care. Outside of her entrepreneurial work, Kirstie works at Deloitte with the Chief Executive Program, where she supports Fortune 500 CEOs navigating key inflection points—whether preparing for the role or actively serving in it. She designs bi-annual leadership programs and hosts private dinners that help executives build authentic community with their peers. With experience spanning media, strategy, and experiential design, Kirstie blends entrepreneurial creativity with C-suite perspective. Whether helping a CEO articulate their legacy or organizing an event for strangers to become neighbors, her work centers on one belief: community isn’t built by accident—it’s built with intention.
