Tobenna Egbuna is a passionate entrepreneur and the founder of Chezie, which is revolutionizing how companies approach employee resource groups. His software helps organizations cultivate inclusive and diverse environments where every team member can thrive.
Beyond his work at Chezie, Toby is committed to sharing his knowledge and resources with fellow founders and early-stage entrepreneurs. From raising pre-seed capital to building an amazing team, Toby has experienced the highs and lows of the startup world.
He was born in Lagos, Nigeria; his family moved to North Carolina when Toby was just four years old. Toby graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill (Go Heels!) in 2016 with a degree in Business Administration. Upon graduation, Toby moved to Boston, and then ultimately to NYC, to work with Accenture as a Management Consultant. After five years at Accenture, Toby left to chase a dream in Atlanta, GA.
